It’s been too long since I’ve been active. By active, I used to hike frequently! go to the gym on a regular basis, go for walks, do yoga.. lots of different things with whatever inspired me at the time!
Sure it is the start of the winter season, but it doesn’t mean I have to sit on my butt as much as I do.
How to do this I’m not sure, but even a 15 min session of yoga every day would be SOMETHING.. a start, a beginning!
Gaining weight, feeling sluggish, and it is all part to my current inactive lifestyle.
It is time to GET MOVING!
