Nobody likes a whiner. I am going to pay attention to when I feel a complaint/rant coming on. I will then decide if it is worth unloading on someone else, and with whom it would be appropriate to share my grievance. I will be mindful of the number of complaints I have in a day and I will try to complain less than 5 times a day.
My top 4 complaints to be mindful of are:
“I’m sore from working out”
“I’m hungry/fat”
“I am stressed out”
