get over my fear of escalators

Escalaphobia-the fear of escalators, is what I have and I hate being afraid of them. I think it also has something to do with me being acrophobic-afraid of heights. I don’t know what to do to get rid of it. Really the going up part is where I’m paranoid but am able to do, but the going down part is where my fear really takes place, I CANNOT GO DOWN. I feel sick just thinking about it…
