Laughter is good medicine for the heart and soul. It does a body good. Living in our household, even though I am a very serious person, we do laugh a lot here.
As I’ve been able to deal with a lot of emotional static and getting rid of those things, I’m more easily able to truly laugh.
Henry, Hannalee, and Sean provide me with so much laughter. I am grateful to God for such a wonderful family. One of my closest and dearest friends, whom I adore and love, makes me laugh so often. I have a lot of people in my life who bring me cheer and laughter. Thank you Jesus!!

I have a 2.5 yr old son. His verbal skills lag far behind our daughter’s who at this age was memorizing long songs, poetry, stories. Her verbal skills were better than some adults I know.
Sean, our son, has this thing he says for his bus, “Beep, Beep.” It’s so cute. It’s annoying Hannalee (our 5.5 yr old little girl) that he’s saying “Beep, Beep.” Actually, we were both doing it.
So, now we are whispering to each other, “Beep, Beep” and smiling, laughing.
It’s raining here in the Phoenix, AZ area. We haven’t had rain in 5 months—drought. It’s also snowing in some part of the valley, which rarely happens. It’s so beautiful.
It’s a good day and the weekend before my birthday on Monday. I’m having a great time and laughing quietly.
“Beep, Beep.”
