Rid the world of alcohol (by drinking it.. one drink at a time)

I have made an amazing find! My little brother recently moved out the room/apartment he was renting from me and what treasures he did leave! Apparently he had an older small pop machine and he didn’t want to take it with him. So I am now the proud owner of a pop dispensing machine! It’s going to be cleaned up, tuned up, and repainted. Then, BAM!!!! Beer dispensing machine. 50 cents a beer and I’m on my way! It’ll be great. I will keep in my shop and and then if my friends want a beer….. Most of the money will go back to restock the beer machine. The profits will be donated to the Brothers of Monadh group fund. Its great!

The forgein traveling contengioncy of the Brothers of Monadh have returned from our stint in the sand! And Lord have mercy on the alcohol that is our path. At a gathering upon our return the Brothers regrouped and annhilated the likes of Miller, Budweiser, various scotches, and whiskeys. The battle was long and hard. Just toward the half-way point of the evening we begin to wonder if maybe the booze would get the best of the battle. But thanks to the rallying by our home staying Brother Steely we all attacked with a renewed vigor! After that moment there was nary a prayer for drinks that remained. The night was glorious. The Brothers of Monadh claim victory on this night!

Soon on the night of the 27th the Brothers will be attending our annual Snowcamp! I invite and encourage you all to fight the forces of alcohol on that night. That way we shall be able to make a unified attack! The Brothers will be strong that night. Join us!

The Brothers of Monadh are building up to reunite. Within the month we shall all be together again to start an all out attack on the enemy. We are eager to meet the enemy and utterly destroy him! Within two weeks folks this glorious battle shall unfold. Once we begin to grasp more specific details they will be posted. So, that on that glorious night, the entire team that wishes to crush the enemy can drink together, swamping the enemy from all points! Prepare all, it will be a glorious occasion!!! Thats right, the Seed! And when I’m talking seeds, I’m talking sunflower seeds. I have finally found a way to battle the enemy! Jim Beam Sunflower Seeds. While I do leave the encounters with a raw lip and total lack of inebreadotienanfl… being drunk, I have decided to fight on this little used front. Brothers of Monadh, Attack!!!

Brother Stone

In the quest to better understand our enemy, Brother Scot has undertaken the tremendous task of brew some Apple Cider. Sadly his first few attempts didn’t turn out so great. Then after many nights of restless tossing about he discovered the key. The perservatives from the juice he was using were inhibating the yeast, hence, no cider. No he is making great strides in our understanding of brewing. Next in the works is an Apple Peach Cider. If things continue well, by the time the rest of the Brothers return home we might be able to send a small sample to our Commanding Generals, Lord Greg and EmpressJuJu.

Also, Brother Scot in his endless creativity has been able to save the not so great batches of cider. He put his genius to work and is taking it to make no other then Apple Jack! Brilliance on his part. The war shall not last long with the likes of Brother Scot with us.

Ha Ha! In the ongoing war against the evils of booze, it has been decided amongst the Brothers of Monadh to produce our own booze so that we might understand it better. The idea being that we could then be better capable at destroying the enemy.

Well in this day and age, within the USA and most countries, everbody knows how to brew beer, wine, and such. But it being wholly illegal to brew distilled spirits, there is a short supply of information. Thankfully in my research I stumbled across this wonderful web site http://homedistiller.org/ It is wonderfully informative. It ends up that it is completely legal to distil in New Zealand. So if you too should decide to gain the knowledge of the spirits, check these guys out.

Dah! I had an very well worded and eloquent speech all written out for you guys. Then some FIEND (must be working for the booze) came and with a few deft keystrokes lost all of my work. Damn HIM! I apologize for my now shortened and less glorious work. I would like to first say how great of a job the EmpressJuJu and Lord Greg are doing in the fight against booze! You to are by all accounts the two leaders holding this fighting force together! I speak for all the Brothers of Monadh when I say excellent work. On our front I (Brother Stone), Brother Vadar, and Brother Nor, are all eager to rejoin the battle. We are chomping at the bit to rejoin the battle and support our Leaders in Booze. Meanwhile, the last reports from our Brothers in the northwest are not encouraging. Although they are fighting valiantly, enemy forces are slipping by. The Brothers are strongest when we fight together. Although Brother Nor and I have developed a risky, daring, and inovative plan. We hope to use a military type principal, “In order to learn how to defuse a bomb, you must first build your own.” Its crazy I know. But I think by try to re-create our enemy we will be able to better understand how to rid the earth of it. I feel that it could be a crucial step in this war! Either way, the Brothers will soon reunite and again defend the Northwest against Boozes evil tryanny.
