decorate my new apartment exactly as I want

We just got a new apartment lined up! So freakin’ excited! So this will be back on the table May 15th when we move!

Ok, maybe suck is too strong a word. I’m glad to be here in Chicago, but the apartment is not ideal, and I have to admit, it makes me not want to decorate it anymore. I definitely want to move when our lease it up in nine or so months.

I will go back to this after I move. For now I am just going to focus on getting a damn bed frame.

I estimate I have less than $1200 to go on getting the apartment furnished (I have thrifty tastes), not including just plain decoration. I’m hoping I can get out of from under all this and then keep buying cash very soon, and finish this all before the year is out. Maybe even by October? Halloween party anyone?? ;)

We have made serious progress on the kitchen! Need a few more components from Ikea, and contact paper to make the countertops match, but this is the room I think we’ll have done first. YAY!

I think the next to focus on are the Living room and bathroom.
