So I’ve totally changed my eating habits and have been working out for the past two and a half months. I’m already down to a size 8 (from 10, and in some past lives, 12). I definitely think I could make size 6 by summer. I don’t know if I could get to size 4, if that will be healthy for me. I will certainly see!
I am going to amp up the diet even more, and add more cardio to my workouts. I am proud of myself already, but I know I can do more.
I had no idea there was this slim, sexy person inside me. No, actually, I always knew it, but I never thought I’d ever look like her on the outside. It’s amazing!
