People-pleaser

I’ve always been a people/crowd pleaser. It’s so hard for me to say no, even though I’ll have to suffer/work extra hours for it. Even if I do say ‘no’ I’ll feel really bad afterwards or I’ll have to make-up excuses and needing to explain things. I wanna be able to say ‘no’ and feel alright about it.
