Personal Training

Well I’ve signed up for 12 personal training sessions and 6 kickfit classes. Currently I’m on this metabolism diet for a week so I can’t eat carbs which is quite sucky. Coz I like my rice.



I joined a gym

I’ve just enrolled in a whole year membership with this gym called California Fitness. Initially it was my boyfriend who wanted to join one but I thought I’d go for it too seeing that I have some goals to achieve. Plus, having a workout partner could prove encouraging. So hopefully I’d be able to lose some weight and tone my body in the near future. We shall see.
