i'll do it out of spite 18 months ago

so…i’m going to lose weight (for me). But, I also want to do it to make certain people (ahem) be like wow. ok. she’s not to be messed with. I had a trainer from the gym call me back but i didn’t get in touch…starting this weekend though, I’m going to set something up and be like hi. you tell me what to do. I’ll complain, and be a brat and tell you i hate you, but i will listen. fix me!

Again, probably do not actually have 20 ilbs to lose, but I am mortified in the spots I am obtaining more fat than ever before. I’m a pear! Do not need birthing hips yet, thank you very much. So I’m going to chill out on worrying a bout this until I am done with my challenge to go to the gym more…I’m shooting for 4-5 times a week, while I drink more water and eat healthier (weekends are like cheats). We’ll see if I made any progress after a month of that.

Seriously, going to the gym, eating healthy and drinking less are like a full time job.

ok, you know what…my scales are eff’ing screwed up. i use the one at the gym, which is NOT nice. Then i come home and use the scale in my bathroom…and it rocks. then i take that same scale onto the hardwood floors in the hall and then i have gained like 5 pounds. how will i keep track of this?

I don’t really have 20 ilbs I could lose and still be healthy, that’d put me at 107. Which wouldn’t have me starving to death, but 107 at 5’6”...not the best thing in the world.

But, I NEED to lose some weight. So this is a good goal to shoot for.
