that could actually speak to a lot more than just eating healthier…
i’m watching what i eat and how much of it i am eating. i tend to make healthy food choices already (yay) but I’m screwing myself by either not eating enough (skipping meals) or eating too much at meals (huge portions). So now i’m working on just having healthy things around to graze…that has to be better…

The last two days have gone pretty well. I measured my cereal, at healthy food for lunch, guzzled water, ate a small bit of wheat pasta then ate carrots.
Today, ate ceral, a luna bar, lots (fine, enough) water…and dont know about dinner yet, probably chicken and veggies.

It’s not that I eat crap…it’s just that I was built without the portion control chip and eat when I’m bored or full. I am a whore for carbs, and having moved to NYC, aka Mecca for my most favorite food (bagels), it’s no wonder I gained 5 ilbs.
I’m going to try to keep track of what I eat, and move away from sugar and carbs and towards more veggies and protien.
