I think by going hiking or on walks outside I will have nice quiet time to listen to myself and learn a bit about myself. Also I am going to focus more on myself, like taking care of myself, by losing some weight, pampering myself, and sewing myself more new clothing to feel good about how I look and get comfortable with who I am… It sounds easy but I think this one will take a long time to actually succeed.
