i haven't really been

posting about every time i do this, but i have been biking to my ESL job when i can.



more biking!

Biked to and from the fashion district with my friend today! A beautiful sunny day. We also got brunch downtown.

to and from the Zen temple and a baseball game today.

yesterday – felt very active, and pleasantly tired at the end of the day.

I also feel like my biking is improving – my legs are getting stronger, I can pedal faster and I don’t feel quite as sore when I finish.

i’ve decided to try and bike to my new job as much as possible!

already did it once and it wasn’t too bad – about 30 minutes (not sure how many miles…)



food work

is so physical! I’ve got pleasantly sore muscles after 4 kitchen shifts.



muy thai!

a buddy of ours here in la has recently started teaching me…thai kickboxing! (a.k.a. muy thai) So far I love it – it’s rigorous, and a bit complex, and it makes me sore, which is a good thing!

I also discovered that jumping rope for 5 minutes is tiring...

from the Pilates, and I’m going to the beach this weekend!

too bad I’m in modest Korea, where I will have to wear a t-shirt over my bikini most of the time… but hey I’m moving to California, so…

kicked my butt tonight!

I recently switched from the morning to the evening class, and the evening class is so much more rigorous than the morning one.

Now if I could just get a handle on my diet (whole pizza eaten in two days…) maybe I would see more results?

(actually my diet is alright, it’s just kind of inconsistent)
