Well since my last entry … it’s been toned and then untoned. Currently lying firmly in the slightly wobbley camp.

Off skiing next week, which should tone up the legs and gluts a bit … and then it’s full steam ahead for a full toning programme in prep for the summer



Yoga 3 years ago

My yoga classes have started again thank goodness. I’ve just been to the first one and feel amazing. It’s a tough old class – but really sets me up for the weekend.

When I get into the class at the beginning I struggle to really relax – whereas at the end I’m so chilled I think I could fall asleep.

I’m also sooo much stronger now.

... the two Krispy Kreme donuts I’ve just eaten are helping me towards this goal.



Improvements ... 3 years ago

There are definately some improvements in the tone of my body. I’ve been regularly taking pilates and yoga classes. I’ve also been running and cycling at weekends.

Apart from feeling firmer – I’m also feeling great! Much healthier and more energy in general.



There is definately something solid lurking ... 3 years ago

... under my tummy. After 2 weeks of pilates and yoga I have definately started to notice some definition in my legs, arms and tummy. Hooray!
