As I glanced to my right on my bus ride home the other night – this is what I saw. I had to jump off the bus at the next stop and run back and capture the moment.

My battery ran out after 3 shots so I was lucky.

Beautiful balmy evening in Richmond.

My favourite sunrise 3 years ago

It was dawn on 2nd January 2006. I watched the sunrise over Chiang Mai with my family. We were at the Doi Suthep temple, high on a hill outside of the city and whilst the sun rose we listened to the Buddist monks chanting and ringing the bells.

I have a tendancy (which drives my friends mad)... 3 years ago

to convince people that it would be a great idea to watch the sunrise after a night out.

My enthusism is often greater than the sunrises … but occasionally there is an amazing sunrise which makes up for the staying awake.
