Learn to drive a car

=) yeahhhh…I finally called up an driving instuctor today and went driving for an hour. I’m excited and I wasn’t afraid of crashing! The instructor was very clear and nice. I’m confident and encouraged to learn now.

I’ve been very, very lazy…I’m disappointed in myself. I need to really take a step in learning, no one is going to make me do it, I need to get up and do it.

Today I went out w/ my friend and I was suppose to learn driving w/ her but we got so involved in the shopping and stuff that it got late and it wouldn’t have been a good idea to learn at night. But I still have the rest of the weekend…so I will practice driving!

I have a goal…every weekend I will practice at least 2 hours for the next 7 weeks! Cheer me on!

So far I’m not doing anything about this goal and I’m a bit disappointed in myself…but I’m still hopeful. My goal is to get my license by the end of summer or beginning of fall semester.

I sooooo want to learn to drive but I don’t know whats holding me back…currently I have a cousin who has been learning to drive and its kind of driving me crazy that I’m not doing it!! ahhhh…I wish some how I could just go and learn…my dad has even said he’ll get me a car…I guess I’m a bit shy about learning to drive?
