So windy that, when we got out of the car at the bottom, it was a struggle to walk upright. As James said “I’m sure it will only get less windy the higher we go…”

Nice onsen on the way down too. No sunset though.

Hopefully it won’t rain. There’s a nice natural onsen at the bottom of it apparently, so with a bit of luck we can have a dip in that on the way back down. Might even be able to time it right to get to see the sunset and cross that goal off too, but I don’t know which way it faces. Oh well. Wish me luck!!
