I sooooooooo suck...

I’ve had this goal for almost a year and I STILL NEED TO LOSE 9 POUNDS. Ridiculous.



12 days and counting...

I am not too hopeful of this one…I’m eating a lot lately, not exercising a lot….and I doubt I’ll make the timeframe

BUT: I am buying a bowflex this week, used as SC Robinson suggested (craigslist, I love you)....and I am determined to control my eating better…now that I’m not so stressed about an escrow, I think it’ll be easier…AND

I’m about to add to my goals 1 week/no sugar products, and start doing this every couple months or so….it just keeps me on track with food….

Carpe diem….

Sounds easy, doesn’t it. I’ve been changing a few of my habits so I can feel a little more hopeful about reaching this goal. The truth is, that in order to LOSE weight one really does have to tolerate feeling a little hungrier than usual.



I'm starting my no sugar for 30 days goal and that should go in nicely with this

As of this morning...I'm only 6 up

But I was bad today.



OK...holidays are pretty much over

Except for the biggie on the 31st…and after it all pans out I am ….tadada…..9 pounds higher than my original goal.

Can you believe that? Right back where I started from. Well I went hiking today, set up my boxing equipment, ate coconut ice-cream, chocolate cookies…had a salad for dinner instead of a huge entree…a burger and fries for lunch…I’m a complete mish-mosh of good and evil. No in between.

I dunno what’s gonna become of me. I’m…not happy with myself right now.



I ate two candy bars tonight

And three tacos.

But, I walked three miles.

You figure out the math…I can’t.
