I can hardly believe it and I am very happy indeed! It feels good to check this one off, even if I’m going to immediately add it right back on.

A ton of work, but I made my way through it very well, protected my clients as much as I could and made our way through the legal aspects very well, was not a pushover in negotiation, and at the end of it all, got them a good price on an excellent property, and they are happy.

I did an open house and someone called me yesterday because they want to take a second look…I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

I also want this other guy to call…he was out looking for a house for his secretary and her husband….he was CUUUUTTTEE. I liked him. I don’t care if he wants the house, I just want to see him again.
