but I eat less than I did before….I am finding it increasingly easy to opt for things that do not include meat.
We only cook one to two meat items for dinner a week, and during lunch I am going more and more for the salads and stuff like that.
This goal will go up again at some point when I wish to reach for the next level…not yet though.

I hate to put it off but my diet is completely out of whack and I need to correct one thing at a time. For now, my focus is sugar.
At the same time, I will cut meat portions down to 1/2 size and make a conscious effort to select other things to make for dinner. The difference is, I’m not calculating results on this one right now,...just making a concerted effort without worrying of the outcome.
