I've been too much of a slacker.. 2 years ago

this time, I must do as I said and start over.

I’m shooting for 10 weeks, 2 times a week.

Will start over after I get back from Maine, so meanwhile, I’m not worried about the 2X per week…I’ll just do it as I feel like it.

My problem is not in motivation…I love it…it’s just in time. I only have 30-40 minutes to dedicate instead of a whole hour or more…my life really IS that crazy lately.

I did it! I am taking today off and hope to do it again tomorrow. You see, I really want to do the full back-bend and I can’t seem to do it. I can’t get my huge head off the floor. So I keep doing more and more yoga hoping that I will strengthen my arms enough. ;0) Melissa

I’m back with exercise. I’m not going to punish myself for not doing this over the last week and a half…I said I was going to start over if I slacked off…but I’ve been really overwhelmed and sick this last week…I had somewhat of a meltdown…so I’m back on track and will just continue.

I would like at some point after I feel like I’m in decent shape to do a 9 week program of yoga 5 times a week. I may add that in sometime soon.

Did it! I did this on Friday and it was Hatha so it was very good exercise.

OK, I better get on the ball. I need to this one more time by end of day, Friday or I will have to start over.

PS: did this today, Ananda Yoga, which is very easy.
