If I can do this 19 more times over the next 10 weeks i’ll mark it as done.



this is something I'm going to tackle towards April or May. 3 years ago

I can’t do everything at once. I’m concentrating on exercise but that which will lead to weight loss and muscle toning. In other words…weight bearing and aerobic.

This is for later, when I am back to exercising on a daily basis and I can sacrifice two days to something more relaxing.

Do I sound like an extremist? Because I am.
