I have eaten a steady flow of sugar all day today...

non-stop. I am disgusted with myelf, but I could still eat more. I think I have been incredibly stressed, that’s when I find this happening.

Instead of sugar, I just want to fall into someone’s arms and forget about my life for a minute….forget about all the tedious and stressful aspects that I have been dealing with…and just be there with someone..happy and content and not worried about anything…just temporarily….I need some TLC…..
