yay for me, because I ate fresh food, chewed and tasted it. very juicy. all day me smart and good to me! whooopee



a good start 3 years ago

I drank tea this morning, first green/white, then raspberry. THEN, and only then, did I eat. I had an apple and enjoyed the juicyness. Water fiber sugar. yay. It’s 10 am and I am not shoveling food in. yay. Im trying to drink and drink and drink. then eat. somthing small. then gulp gulp gulp..oh, still hungry? okay, somthing small.
