Sigh… So my first week on WW was wonderful – 8 lbs!! But in the last two weeks, even though I’ve been on program, it’s been terribly harder. I’m hoping now that my walking buddy is back from vacation, I’ll be getting back on track as well…
On another note, I need to stop stressing over flucuations in weight on a day to day level… this scale is crazy!! :)
So, in a rut, I guess you could say, but still goal-oriented/postive.
