My eating habits have changed completely. I’m eating good stuff all the time, and not even having to think about it any more.

This is mostly thanks to my man. Hats off to him!

Going through phases  — 1 year ago

Sometimes I binge, more often I starve. I can’t get the balance right.

At the moment I’m doing okay, I’m eating plenty. Though in my head that equates to doing badly. Starting to cut back again. I think finding a happy medium between eating plenty and going hungry is key – that would satisfy my silly eating things in my head as well as keeping my body happy.

I’m making an effort. Truly I am.

Getting better  — 1 year ago

I’m eating a lot more salad lately. More nuts and seeds, too. On my gym days I go to the supermarket and pick up an apple and a smoothie.. it’s good for the soul. Feeling healthier.

I’m still not eating anywhere near enough, nor am I eating a balanced diet.

It’d be better if I could get my ass into gear and at least take a multivitamin or something, but I’m not even doing that.

Healthy Eating  — 1 year ago

I define this in many ways. I need to start by eating a healthy amount. Furthermore, I need more fruits and veggies and less crap. I need to get better at staying hydrated, and I seriously need to cut back on my dairy intake.

Really, all in all, I need to give my entire eating plan a huge overhaul.
