whiten my teeth

i’ve been slacking off.. i haven’t use the strips for like weeks.. i got to go back to it..

I found a box of crest strips at home that my sister bought so I started using it and i always forget to put it on… i try to do it before bed, but last night i went out and got home and was too exhausted… didn’t want to stay up an extra 30 minutes to have the strip on :(

also.. the crest strip expired… but i’m still using it. is that bad?

I’ve use crest whitening strip before but i was never able to use it daily like the instruction says.. my gum’s too sensitive :( so the result wasn’t that great.. but i will get some crest strips again and try it next month.
