I’m planning a trip to Greece and Turkey in May with a friend, if he bails, then I’m going to Peru in May, otherwise Peru will be for August. I’m really excited. I’m thinking of backpacking my trip. Can anyone who has done the hike, gimme a list of things to pack? I know i’ll need to get hiking shoes, but other than that.. not sure what i’ll need to bring. i’m debating on either spending 300$ on MEC waterproof breathable coat or just get a plain raincoat for less than 100$ for the trip..
