Well here it is the end of the month and I think I have done really well with my goal. I started off as 197lb and my goal for the month of April was 187 and I made it…yayaya..so now my new goal for end of May is 177lbs. That will take a little more moving around to get there but the weather has been nice and I have stepped it up a bit and started to jog again. I know I can do this.

Well as on Mondays I got up and stepped on the scale and I did well.I’m happy about that but I don’t know how the week will go, my bf and I split up after 3years and I am a person who eats on how I feel. I need comfort and I’m going to try and eat with thought and not just because I feel horrible.

So this morning I got on my scale and was glad to see 3 more pounds gone. I feel good and it is nice to be able to get out side, today I’m going to get my bike tires fixed and then start riding to work which is only 15 minutes away.

ok well today I ate things that are my down fall…donuts..see I work in the office of a bakery whole sale and it’s great but all the bakery’s we supply products to send back treats to us and today was donuts. I can pass up lots of different things but donuts are my biggest down fall. I really have to do this cause no one else cares or feels bad but me when I’m not having a good day. Well tomorrow is another day and back on the wagon for me.

So I finished my first week and I did ok until the weekend came upon me but it wasn’t as bad as it could have been. They say to have one cheat day and I think I need to watch how much I cheat. But I feel good and that keeps me going. So this is how I did last week and what the scale told me this morning.

So now that the snow has melted enough to go out walking that’s what I did today.It felt good to get back out into the fresh air and have the sun on my face. So I walked for 45 min at a good pace and then when I got home I did 100 crutches and now don’t laugh but I can only do 20 girly push ups. I feel great.

So I stepped on the scale this morning and was shocked to see my start weight. I do know that I can do better and I have to do better for my health. So as a promise to myself I will eat better and get to the gym more. I have bought my self a few new tops in smaller sizes and hope to be in them in a few months and I will be. I will set goal weights as to what I think I can do per month and what is healthy to do. So here it is my goal for April.

Well I haven’t been doing so well and I know it’s all fault of my own. It’s really hard when you don’t have any friends who can be supportive on this because they don’t understand. I can do this I know I can because I have done it before. I really have to get my emotional eating under control. I didn’t weigh my self today and I don’t every day but I will tomorrow and I will post it here and once every week I will post my past and current weight. This is the site I will come to for my support.

So I’m down 6lbs and I feel really good about it. My goal for the rest of the month is another 5, that will put me at 185. I need to get back into my leather chaps this year, last year I rode my motor cycle around with out them and didn’t really feel that safe. I just feel good with the choices I’m making right now.

So I give my self one day a week normally it’s a Saturday, to go and eat what ever I have felt I’ve missed during the week. There are so many foods you can eat the rest of the time that are good for you and will give you the crunch your looking for. Almonds are great..no salt on them. I find it’s all about spending a bit more time in the kitchen getting your food ready and making wise choices while your in there. Keep food journals this way you can look back on what you ate the day before and know that you have to do better because it`s in writting.
