I’ve been in a reading mood. Three books in 4 days. Let’s hope it continues.

My first book of the year. Man, am I way behind schedule.

Thunderhead is about an expedition to find an ancient Indian city. Something sinister does not want it found. I enjoyed it but then I’ve liked all the Preston/Child books I’ve read. I did find myself skipping lots of descriptive passages. That’s more likely me than any fault of the author. I want instant gratification. I don’t care how pretty the valley is, let’s get through it and find that damn city so we find out who or what is out there and how many people have to die. And is there gonna be any sex? Death and sex. I’m sick, yall. Sick I tell ya. LOL
