So, it’s Christmas. What can I say? The sweets just seem to…appear…out of thin air. Funny how that happens, isn’t it?
Apart from that, I think I’m improving. The number of cheap chocolate bars is almost certainly going down. I seem to be replacing them with organic, fair-trade, high-quality, less sugar, $4.00 bars instead. Which I think is faboo.
Potato chips are also all but cut. I don’t think I could stomach any more All-Dressed Ripple Chips. Geuuuh. Too much fat/oil.
The whole chocolate thing could be a problem though… kind of addicted… Oh well. I think I’m only just starting to realize that I’m at quite a comfortable body weight right now. I don’t really have to change that much. Just less fat would be smart.

This goal is not going well. :( Yesterday alone, I had chocolate almonds, a Nanaimo bar, rice pudding, a scoop of mango ice cream, and Pringles. Grrr. BAD Rose. :(

Things I should cut out of my diet:
•potato chips (I looove All-Dressed Ripple chips, and Pringles. Must…resist…)
•soda bevs (that’s not hard for me, I don’t drink them very often)
•cheap candy/chocolate bars—> Reeses peanut butter cups, Coffee Crisps, Crunchies, Areos, M & Ms, Smarties, etc.
•cookies
I’ll get rid of all the really really easy stuff, and see how much of a difference that makes.

I shouldn’t eat so much junk, and I’ve determined that it would be a good idea to go to a nutritionalist sometime. I wonder if that will ever happen.
