i found out why i cant find my spirit animal. My aura has a white energy surrounding it that makes it so no spirits or ghosts or demons cant hurt me or spirits cant talk to me. So until i leanr to lower my sheild i cant talk to my spirit guide or animal.

Well i have been tying to find my spirit animal for a few months now and still no luck. I got 2 of my friends to try to find theirs and they found theirs already. One of them is Ambergrowingwings. Well im frustrated and about to give up. can anyone help? I cant visualize at all. Does anyone know of another method to find my spirit animal that doesnt involve visualizing?
