And I can even say that on Xmas morning, because in spite of my resolution to lose weight I don’t feel guilty at all for indulging in great party food yesterday evening. I just know I’ll have to “make up for it” with lighter meals for a couple of days, and probably still have lost some weight at the end of the week.
What still amazes me about WW is its predictability.
There’s no hidden trick, no “chance to take”.
You count your points, and bam, you lose your fat.
