Frustration 23 months ago

I took about a year off and hadn’t gone to the gym in about 6 months. I started to work out again a month ago, but I’m completely frustrated. I want to take off everything I put on, but it doesn’t seem like its really coming off. I do 45 minutes of cardio and weights 4 times a week. My diet is probably the only wild card, though I don’t think I’m eating super bad.

I was inspired by some things I read today online, so I think I’m actually going to start keeping a journal of my fitness goals. I think I have to start counting calories again too. Which I hate. But, I guess its absolutely necessary. I’ll keep posting on this topic.

ive been at the same weight for a while now. so now i’m turning it up a bit. i’m going to be a cardio maniac and a calorie nazi. my nonchalance toward calories has been ineffective.

I’m at week 11 now on my fitness plan. Its been haphazard because i work and go to school fulltime, but i’ve not allowed myself to go to the gym any less than 4 days a week. the real problem lately is my sudden distate for water. I love water, but lately I’d rather have soda…what’s wrong with me! I know i’m very close to my goal now, but I still gotta get rid of stomach and hips.

Still on the way to a slimmer waist, I think I’m getting slimmer, but its hard because I only see how much I have to lose rather than what I’ve actually lost.

I’ve been good about going to the gym everyday and doing my cardio and weights. My diet has been good too. I’m beginning my 5th week of my new regimen and I tried on some pants today, and no fat roll! I know it will be at least another 3 weeks before I actually get to see my body change drastically.
