My girlfriend LOVES chocolate chip bagels that I’ve only seen at 2 bagel shops in my area. Well, I have decided I would stop going through all the trouble to purchase them and try going through all the trouble to make them :-)

The bagel dough is currently rising, and it is full of chocolate morsels…

I’ll let you all know how they turn out.
