I flaked on my previous summer plans, so now I think this is it. I haven’t told anybody yet that this is what I want to do this summer, but I really just want to get in the car and go. I shall do it!

I always talk about wanting to go to Europe, and see all of the fantastic things there, but it’s kind of weird wanting to do that when I have hardly even seen my own country. I want to see the Grand Canyon, Northern California, the St. Louis Arches. I have never even been to the Sleeping Bear Dunes in MI, my home state. Gas is expensive, but I think it is worth it.
