My Current BMI

Height: 5’3’’ {I am such a shorty!}
Weight: 188
BMI:33.3

Wow. That is really high.

But, over a year ago, when I first started 43things, I was at 196, which put my BMI at 34.7

My goal weight is around 120 {BMI 21.3} to 140 {BMI 24.8}
I’m getting there, slowly but surely!
