record my own album

Once the house is sold, I want to build a computer dedicated to recording, take control of my boyfriends Rode NT2, cut my work hours to three days a week and crank out some songs. I think it will be helpful. I need to find a kickass sound card, that works with the breakout box and Mackie desk (I might not even need the desk) that we already have. I plan to use my brother’s speakers for monitors. I’m glad I’ve written all this down!
