im sure half of its water weight because i took a water pill and couldnt stop going to the restroom!!!! aye!
okay so those of you who know that ive just got my new gym membership again also know that this means im going back on the health band wagon!
im back on my journey to loose a total of 70 lbs ( ive lost 40 lbs so far- then gained 10 back which totals to a shred of 30).
i have been messing with my diet to figure out what works…
many peole were saying “dude, youll loose so much weight! just eat egg whites and bacon and sasuage… as much of it as you want!” ive tried that route and it made me gain weight because it got me so sleepy that i would just wake up, eat breakfast, then sleep, wake up and feel sluggish all day.
NOW!!! i went back on kashi go lean with black berries and sometimes toast or a bagel. today i ate the hot cereal and an orange with tea.
I FEEL SOOOOO GOOOD! i dont feel too energized or sluggish and i feel like its working with my body! now im thinking of investing serious $$$ on kashi cereal and maybe exlore other kashi products- i used to think it was just a regular brand with good marketing (((eeehhhheeeemmmm SPECIAL K)))!
and im ADDICTED TO FRUIT!!!!

im starting to take more fiber too and whole grain too!
ive had 500 calories so far today and i feel amazing for once! HOORAY!
well im gonna try it and see how it goes. it can do any bad so i figure why not. i feel really heavy the past 2 days … i have a kidney infection so i hope some of the weight is water retention.
im doing my special k diet and i think i have enough money now to get a gym membership!!! yay!!! ill let you know how it goes…
so my friend steve and i want to do 15 kgs (hes from new zealand so theyre all metric but its 30 lbs.) and hes coming in march 09’ and we are going to do this together!!! yay!!! im excited but i want my gym membership back again!!! so im currently 170lbs (in 04’ i was 212 lbs). every 2 weeks i will at least have 1 weigh in. with everyones encouragement , i think i can do this!
i think its just that i want a great body and to be health and i think im half way there so i figure why stop now?
really rebounded… uggghhh now i have to get a personal trainer… 900 calories a day and high amounts of cardio… NEVER DO IT… IT WILL REBOUND!!!
172… what i weighed 2 years ago! i wanna loose 15lbs more… then ill be content!

like i said… last year 212… then 185… now (drumroll) 175! 15 more lbs to go!!! then i may give myself a little break… but id really like to get to 140…
sauna helps… if u combind it with an elliptical machine and diet… it give me the extra kick i need…
