Getting in a groove 3 years ago

I ran 5k 5 times last week and 3k once. I also did lots of pushups and anaerobic exercises. I ran 6k today and hope to run 6k several times over the coming week.



Running! 3 years ago

I ran everyday last week. I ran 5k four times, 4k once, and 3k twice. I took a day off running today and settled for some anaerobic stuff. My legs needed a short rest. I have also been doing pushups every day. I am up to 40 consecutive.



A whole week! 3 years ago

I exercised every day this week. Mostly anaerobic stuff, some abs, and pushups. Today I went for a nice jog – 2.5k. Not too far, but decent for not jogging since who knows when.



After one month... 3 years ago

I have had this goal for one month now and am failing miserably. I only exercised one day in January. Time to get serious.
