It has been 5 months without soda. I have been tempted lately because the convenies here are selling Mountain Dew which I loved back in the States. But I am staying strong.

Over a month 3 years ago

It has been over a month without any soda. The last week or so has been difficult. I live in Japan now so there aren’t too many choices or temptations. I flew back home to visit my family in the states this week and it was so difficult getting something else to drink on the plane. then I went to a movie and really wanted a Coke with my popcorn, but stayed strong. Now I am staying with my parents and they are stocked to the limit with pop. Plus I really crave Mountain Dew which I can’t get back in Japan. But I’m not giving in.
