well, I went on a detox diet for 10 days, which basically meant no sweets for that period. And I actually didnt struggle. However I havent seen any improvements in my health….

I dont want to completely give up eating sweets, but certainly limit it. now I just have to figure out what is acceptable, and keep up the the good work I’ve been doing for the last 10 days.

not only did I not go to the gym/do any stretching for the week, but I also managed to eat so much bad bad bad food.

any good work in this area has been negated. blah, I hate having to start all over again.

(hehe, I had a friend over from japan, so I had to show her all these yummy foods)

i have ulcers in my mouth. Ulcers! you know why – natural confectionary company lollies. they might be 99% fat free, but they are still full of sugar. and too much sugar gives me mouth ulcers.

this means, i have to change my snacking habits. fruits! nuts! eat well!



My new approach 4 years ago

well, I decided that when i crave eating sweet things, instead of going for the cake, I’ll go for the fruit or yoghurt. And so far its kinda working.

It was kinda hard coming home though, becuase mum had stocked up for my ‘old’ eating habits. so I had to help eat the mud cake. and then my best friend talked me into sharing a baci cake with her… and grandma baked cookies…. but really, I have been good…..

friday i ate two doughnuts sniffs
this is sooooo difficult… but its so making a difference, ive noticed its becoming very very rare that i have pimples.

eat more fruit. thats the plan



I have been soooo good lately 4 years ago

and then i get two parcels containing all manner of goodies, and just when i need comfort food.

so, I’ll just eat all that stuff and then start over again :)

its not like i eat alot of sweets, but i do have a sweet tooth, and when i do, i go hard and binge out. so I want to stop eating sweets altogether – lose the taste for them, its a good idea…
