still tired, still have bags 3 years ago

I’ve gone thru with it, and if anything, my habits are more healthy regarding sleep – im in bed with lights off for 8 hours a day.

i’m still tired, I still look tired. i think the cure to this would be regularity. my schedule is so over the place, and so when i go to rest, my body has a hard time resting.

Think i might take up mediation



one more week left 3 years ago

and then that would be 3 weeks and hence a habit….. apparently.

I think my problem is my schedule. NOTHING about it is regular. and i mean that. its my job, its shift work, and that just screws with your life.

I have been, well, not getting 8 hours of sleep a night, however I am in bed with the lights off for that amount of time. And yet Im still so tired.

solutions – learn to meditate (calm myself down more… relax)
- get some regularity into my life….. thats the hard one.

So, Im commiting myself to getting a proper 8 hours of sleep a night for the next 3 weeks (and hopefully that will create a habit)

3 nights down, 2 weeks and 4 nights to go
