i have not updated in like forever.

But thats a 2.4 lbs in 4 weeks.



Progress....

So far i have not stoped driking pop. But, have slowed down. Still have fast food but only 1 or 2 a week.

Today i walked for a 1/2 mile to a mile.
So thats good.

177.4 lbs. Thats means i lost about 3.6 lbs in the last 2-3 weeks.



Well its summer

All summer im going to try to loss weight and not eat fast food or junk food and not drink pop.
