I’m starting back today. I was horrible in March. I need to be very disciplined, starting now. I feel out of shape, and that drives me crazy.

I haven’t been doing crunches and the Bowflex, but I have been racking up miles since Thursday. I plan on adding the other two back on Thursday.
OK, working overtime and my sister in town are my excuses. I’m getting back on track today. I did have two good days last week.
I only went to the walking trail twice this week. Starting Thursday, I will be working out 6 days in a row with no excuses.
I’ve used school as an excuse to be lazy, and I need to get back on track. Starting Thursday, no excuses.
I used the snowy weather as an excuse, and was lazy for 4 straight days, even though I had no school either.
I got back on track on the Bowflex on Friday, and worked out 3 days straight.
I still haven’t missed a day, but due to weather, I’ve only been working out on the Bowflex and doing crunches. Still, I’m not just sitting around.
I haven’t missed a day yet. I’ve worked out on the Bowflex everyday, and ran 21 miles so far.
