Just had a Tree Hugger Porter at Laurelwood in the airport.

I had a small Hammerhead with my supper at Kennedy School last night.

The birthday pub crawl continued today at Pike Pub and Brewery where I enjoyed a seasonal cask-aged stout with wild salmon.

Watched the end of the first half of the NFC Championship at the Gordon Biersch Brewery in downtown Seattle with their seasonal winter bock.

We had a family gathering at Elysian Brewing Company last night to celebrate my stepdaughter’s 21st birthday. I had a porter. Darn good.

This entry used to be about Zea in Harahan, LA; but I have just learned that Zea doesn’t brew their own beer any more. It is still good local beer and a good local restaurant chain, but it is not a brewpub if they are not brewing. I will replace my Zea entries with what I consider brewpubs. This entry is now that I had a good porter at Kona Brewing Company’s Honolulu airport location. Thanks, mom.

We stopped by at the Beer Factory Santa Fe on the way back from a couple plant visits in Toluca.

We were looking for the closest McMenamins that we knew where it was and McMenamins Sunnyside was it. I had a Terminator and it filled me up without having to order any food.

The Moose’s Tooth was the 1st place I went in Alaska.

As a birthday gift this year, my spouse gave me the means to take my sister to Glacier Brewhouse and we got there just as the first wild salmon of the year arrived.
