At last I made up my mind and I am quite happy with this camera.
The only points I don’t like much are the CCD noise and the fact it uses Nikon own bateries instead of standard AA bateries.

I already have a Nikon Coolpix 2200 (see photo).
It does the job for a simple compact camera,
but I’m getting more exigent with it and therefore

- wide angle lenses, at least 35 mm. equivalent to 35 mm.
- 28 mm. or 24 mm. would be great!
- good lenses
- good sensor
- as fast as possible
- at least 5 MP
- good macro function
The question is: does exists any camera with those features?
