It’s a beautiful ranch house. Sits on a little less than two acres. Bought it in 1992. Has a separate cottage and 40’ x 40’ two story pole barn. Also a “mother-in’law” apartment attached. Full basement.
Wife died two years ago. Son has grown and moved on to create his own life. It’s too big and I have no connections to this part of the world anymore.
My mother-in-law lives in the attached apartment. I promised my wife I would let her stay as long as she wanted to and is able. She’s 82, but pretty good.
Plus, I have a 13 year old Black Labrador who would hate to be moved.
So long as I have these committments I stay. But, once clear I’m thinking condo in Toronto on the Ontario lakefront.
