staying up late means less sleep 10 months ago

And the thing is, you really need sleep if you want to accomplish most of your goals. Like getting back in shape for example – your body repairs during sleep. Or graduating from college – your memory consolidates when asleep. That’s why I want to go to sleep at 23.30 sharp Monday to Friday.
