I’m going to use my rest days from marathon prep for strength training. Started on the machines today. I know, I know, there’s no substitute for free weights…



Only two ways to succeed 3 years ago

Either I have to lift more weight, or I have to lose more body weight. Right now, option 2 looks easier.

I’d say I have the strength of a girl, but that would demean my daughter, who has incredible upper (and lower) body strength.
